A 40-year-old woman has been charged with attempted robbery and armed crime for allegedly trying to steal the car of Ward 3 Alderman Brandon Bosley last night in the Old North area.
Bosley began streaming live shortly after, according to him, Bianca Robinson approached him near his car and demanded the keys, which Bosley refused to hand over. He claimed to have heard gunshots as he fled on foot.
During a live broadcast, Bosley captured Robinson lying in the snow after she was apparently hit by a car whose driver Bosley said also tried to rob him after attempting to rob him.
Bosley, who reveals he is armed, offers to help the woman if she says she is not armed. She refuses Bosley’s help. The video ends at a nearby gas station, where the police are interrogating Robinson, who has been taken into custody. Police say they only found the knife in Robinson’s possession.
“Evaluate the STL PD,” says Bosley. “You all stay safe here. World”.
Casenet calls both charges against Robinson felonies.
