St. Louis CITY SC
St. Louis fans will fill the 22,500-seat CITYPARK stadium for the first time on Wednesday.
While St. Louis dubbed CITYPARK Stadium an exhibition game in November, our new Major League Soccer team, the St. Louis City SC, haven’t played there yet. But the season one schedule was revealed today, and football fans now have a date to start the countdown to the football team’s first home game: Saturday, March 4, when City SC play Charlotte FC. It won’t be the team’s first game. He will play his first match on Saturday, February 25, in Austin.
The team will continue to play three to four games a month until October. There will be 17 home games in total, including one against LA Galaxy and two against Sporting. (They will play Sporting three times, but once will be away.)
Subscriptions are sold out, but if you join my city+then you will be able to get priority access to single tickets before they go on sale to the general public on Thursday, February 2nd.
