Manchester United returned to action by beating Burnley 2-0 in the League Cup.
The Red Devils had a few weeks off as domestic football took a break before the World Cup.
But they looked cool, Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford were impressive despite their recent exploits in Qatar.
Fernandes made a stunning cross to find Aaron Wan-Bissaka who shot on goal and Christian Eriksen shot in the first leg.
Substitute goalkeeper Martin Dubravka nearly put the ball into his own net, but United were 1-0 up at half-time.
Marcus Rashford then doubled the score after the break with an amazing solo effort, hitting the ball from his own half and driving the ball brilliantly into the bottom corner.
