The MAN pleaded not guilty to the murder of nine-year-old Olivia Pratt-Corbel.
Thomas Cashman, 34, appeared via video link wearing a light-colored polo shirt at Liverpool Crown Court on Wednesday.

On August 22, Olivia was fatally shot by a gunman who was stalking convicted robber Joseph Nee at her home in Dovecot, Liverpool.
Her mother, Cheryl Korbel, 46, was also injured in the shooting, which occurred just after 10 p.m.
Cashman, from West Derby, Liverpool, pleaded not guilty to Olivia’s murder.
He pleaded not guilty to attempted murder of Nee, intentionally injuring Olivia’s mother Cheryl Korbel, and two counts of possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
Ms Korbel was in court along with other family members, some of whom shook their heads as they were declared innocent.
